Ministry of Care

Our Minsitry of Care equips parishioners to take the Holy Eucharist to members of our parish who are either in the hospital or unable to leave their homes. Please email Paul Trzebiatowski below to find out more about becoming a Minister of Care or if you know someone who would like a visit.
